The Value of the Dolce Vita

Most people today have created too much space for things they don’t really need. Keeping themselves constantly busy makes them feel important and proactive. Otherwise, they tend to feel useless or lazy. This happens because Society constantly reminds us that in order to be considered successful people we must constantly produce something.

Of course, success is important because it gives us satisfaction in the short term, but in the long term can it alone guarantee happiness and well-being?

Italians answer no because they have a different approach. They have simply realized that continuing to do things to feel busy and important along with success brings with it anxiety and stress. Over the centuries they have found a way to live in the moment both alone and in company with such participation intensity and joy that everything else takes a back seat. Because they often remember that life is short and instead of doing so many activities, they enjoy each and every moment calmly and slowly appreciating each day as if it were their last.

My name is Davide Lupi and I am the first and only Italian Lifestyle Coach, I am a mental coach specializing in the art of change. I take you through a mix of transformational experiences in which you make deep connections with real Italians who live life as Italians, who know that everything in life should be enjoyed calmly and possibly with a smile. Compare yourself with them and you will grasp the deep principles of their way of living life with gentleness and fullness.
