Starting with the history and production techniques of Parmigiano Reggiano, you will learn the secrets of recognizing authentic, quality Parmigiano Reggiano and the related professional tasting technique through a hands-on guided vertical tasting demo of 3 Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses with 3 different aging periods. Chef Lupi will teach you how to use it in the kitchen by teaching you how to cook:

  • Baked tomatoes thyme and parmesan flakes
  • Eggplant parmesan
